or making payments through our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. About Us

B Box Software Solutions (B Box ss / BBoxss) operates bboxss.com, the official company website offering:

  • Website Design & Development (WordPress, HTML/PHP)
  • SEO Services (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO)
  • Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads) – Coming Soon
  • WordPress Resources (redirect to store.bboxss.com)

All services are designed to help startups and businesses grow online.

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via:
    • UPI / QR Code
    • Razorpay Payment Gateway (Debit, Credit, Net Banking, UPI)
    • Direct Bank Transfer (India & International)
  • We do not store your banking details on our servers.
  • Prices for services are discussed and finalized before project initiation.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Services (Websites, SEO, Digital Marketing): Refunds are allowed only if the project has not been started. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
  • Digital Products (Plugins, Themes, Templates via Store): Refunds allowed within 30 days only if the product is defective or not functioning as described. No refund if the product was successfully delivered and working.
  • For refund requests, please email info@bboxss.com or WhatsApp +91 7500066697 within the eligible period.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • After making payment, clients must provide all required project details (logo, text, content, domain, hosting credentials) within 24 hours to initiate the work.
  • Delays in providing details may affect delivery timelines.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring their provided content does not violate any copyright or law.

5. Limitation of Liability

B Box Software Solutions will not be liable for:

  • Hosting or third-party plugin/theme downtime.
  • Issues caused by third-party services or external integrations.
  • Data loss, security breaches, or delays outside our control.
  • Indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, SEO strategies, and marketing assets created by B Box Software Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Our brand name, logo, and website content are protected and cannot be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Siwan, Bihar (India).

8. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page.
